The below is a story segment that outlines the societal evolution that occurred thirty five years after the passage of the 34thAmendment legalizing slavery with an emphasis on the state of Texas.  It is within this framework that I am writing a story involving a number of young women who become criminal slaves.  Before I finish the story I wanted to run my take on this society on this website for feedback.  What did I get right and what have I missed.  I wanted to thank Joe Doe for his input.  And a special thanks to Carl Bradford for editing and providing feedback on this and other segments.  I also wanted to thank Carl and Joe for the use of some of their characters and/or institutions.  I hope you find this segment enjoyable and I do look forward to your comments.

Thank you for reviewing my story segment. I have about 75 pages written that I reviewed last week and edited involving six criminal slaves, five female and one male, and I have not even gotten them to the slave market yet. I have exits planned for the male and one female as court proceedings, atonements and punishments conclude. The other four, including my two main protagonists, will go to market at the Big D with at least one going into the Broadstone consort program. I think it will be more interesting if two go through the program together. As this is my first endeavor I committed a rookie mistake by allowing myself to grow the story as I wrote it to the point where it has become overly burdensome. I think i need to take a pause and explore trimming it into a more manageable product by eliminating some of the dialogue which may be unnecessary.

I need to define how consorts are distinguished from common slaves and describe the four levels of consorts and the four types of collars that identify each level.

The Texas criminal justice system in which these girls found themselves had evolved over the years with the advent of slavery. Legalized slavery returned with the passage of the 34th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution authorizing slavery for individuals eighteen or older. Slavery was not hereditary so you could not be born into it. There were three ways that a free adult could be enslaved. Free individuals could volunteer for indenture for a period of time in return for compensation. Involuntary indenture occurred when due to indebtedness, having pledged their bodies as collateral for a loan; they were repossessed and enslaved by judicial fiat. Finally individuals convicted of crimes lost their civil rights for a period of enslavement. For misdemeanors the period of enslavement was for up to one year and for felonies the duration of enslavement from one year to life depending existing sentencing guidelines

One significant factor was that slaves transitioned from human citizens into livestock upon judicial enslavement, whether criminal or civil. Slaves were now treated like animals having lost their ability to rationally consent. Corporal punishment as a technique to control slaves was introduced. Cattle prods, bullwhips, riding crops and shock collars that were common tools for controlling livestock could now be used on slaves. Treatment that would be considered inhumane was now legal with the slave livestock, who were by definition no longer human. Legislation was soon developed criminalizing slave abuse modeled on animal abuse statutes but it was rarely enforced.

Prior to criminal slavery the state spent a large portion of the annual budget on the imprisonment and rehabilitation of criminals. The prisons and local jails were overpopulated. Criminals released on parole or probation required re-entry programs to address drug addiction, employment and housing. As there was never sufficient resources for effective re-entry programs Texas suffered from a high recidivism rate. Many in the public believed the system had evolved into a revolving door where criminals only received a slap on the wrist committing crimes with impunity.

The introduction of criminal slavery reduced both costs and recidivism. Prison and jail populations plummeted as convicted criminals were processed within days or weeks to auction houses for sale. The need for expensive re-entry programs was eliminated. Public corporal punishment further reduced the recidivism rates. Misdemeanor offenses resulted in sentences short periods of enslavement that could also include forms of public corporal punishment. Felons were publicly branded for life with the circle-star brand of a criminal slave on their right buttock. Defendants convicted of particularly heinous crimes such as murder, rape and child molestation were subject to additional brands on their foreheads. Much like the scarlet letter from yesteryear criminal slaves received a circle “R” for rapist, circle “M” for murder and a circle “CM” for child molesters.

Public punishments were used to not only hold the offenders accountable but also make an example to the public as a whole of what happens to you when convicted of different crimes to incentivize a law abiding lifestyle for the citizens of Texas. No longer were felons housed in prisons, provided with expensive treatment programs, exercise yards and conjugal visits. Now they were convicted, publicly branded and whipped and then enslaved, usually within weeks of arrest.

Public, victim and law enforcement atonement sessions were additional sentencing options available to judges who determined the number, duration and location of the sessions at sentencing. All sessions were done under the supervision of a bailiff with Insta STD tests available at a fee along with free condoms and mandatory lubricants. Offenders performing public atonement were placed in stockades or similar devices making all holes available for public use. The public was also authorized to spank the offenders on their buttocks using hands only.
Law enforcement atonement was introduced for policy reasons involving good morale and discipline in the jails by preventing bailiffs, deputies and custodial officers from pulling an inmate slave aside for impromptu sex and resultant safety issues. Now there were regularly scheduled atonement sessions in the facility enhancing both institutional security and morale.

Victim atonement sessions, which the victim was authorized to video record for future use, were done in private in atonement rooms in the courthouse. Like public atonement the offender was secured in a stockade or similar device with all holes available for use. Victims were authorized to invite family members or friends to these sessions and were authorized the use of crops, canes, paddles, floggers and whips under the watchful supervision of the assigned bailiff to insure they did not get carried away. One domestic violence victim invited a number of her girlfriends; each armed with rather large strap-on dildos, all with vibrating clitoral pads. The kindly bailiff provided blocks of instruction on the proper use of the available implements of pain with practical application during the sessions. The proper use of the riding crop for testicle lashes was the most popular that day.

The public now associated pain and humiliation with the criminal justice system leading to increased civility by a more law abiding public. Texas now had one of the most efficient criminal justice systems in the nation coupled with a much lower crime rate.

The effective imposition of corporal punishment became an art form. Private auction houses began offering branding services and public punishment services to slave owners. You could now buy your slave, have it receive a distinctive brand from the auction house and get it professionally disciplined all for a fee. A scalding hot branding iron applied to a new slave’s naked body drives home the vital lesson that you are now livestock and no longer a free person. Bailiffs received advanced training in corporal punishment and branding. Slaves needed punishment without any lasting damage to retain their value. Unwarranted scarring reduced the amount the slave would bring at auction, and the state wanted to maximize the revenue from criminal slavery.

Cottage industries sprung up due to slavery that drove large segments of the economy. Auction houses, slave stores, full service slave markets, specialized slave equipment emporiums, slave training and equestrian centers, grooming centers, and educational systems sprung up across the country. Employment options for free citizens evolved with new good paying jobs in the slave economy while the economies of scale transitioned low paying manual labor jobs to slave labor.

Many societal norms also changed, from the pornography industry to the institution of marriage. No longer did porn actresses have to try to “act” during slave girl, rape, bondage or whipping scenes. Now they used slaves as the victims. Unwilling, screaming, crying, virgin slaves could be gangbanged for profit. Illegal prostitution was all but eliminated due to the legal use of slaves for sex. Public sex became much more prevalent. Prior to slavery public nudity and sex were illegal. Now there were naked collared slaves everywhere. Almost anywhere you went, whether in a bar, country club, city parks or a professional ball game, you would see a slave drop to their knees and orally service a free person.

From dog shows to horse racing equivalent slave events were created. The famous Westminster Dog Show now hosted the Westminster Slave Show with a wide variety of categories from best in show, best in breed to body types with best in the “Spinner” and “Voluptuous” categories. Horse racing and equestrian events led to Ponygirl/boy shows and Ponygirl/boy races. Often these events were covered on ESPN or the new Slave channel with slave events frequently making the Sports Center daily “Top Ten”. The Slave channel covered everything related to slavery. There was news, talk shows, business shows and slave sporting events. One of the most popular topics involved the coverage of public criminal punishments, whether corporal or public atonement.

Cindy Lou Austin, a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, was a little known reporter with Slave Channel News (SCN) until she covered a public atonement of an eighteen year old man who, while drunk, punched a homosexual man and accompanied his attack with gay slurs and taunts. He was sentenced to four hours public atonement in a park in the Oak Law district of Dallas located in the middle of “Gay Dallas”. Cindy Lou interviewed the young man as he was being placed in the stockade and somehow got him to say “Hi Mom” right before his virginity was taken. Ten minutes later he was crying for mommy as she described a line of over twenty men waiting for their turn. After forty-five minutes he came while getting a hand job and being spit roasted in the stockade. The reporter continued the interview pointing out to the unhappy young man that he just came while getting fucked in the ass, asking the young man, “Who’s your Daddy” to the jeers of the crowd. The ratings success of that interview propelled her to own her SCN weekly show.

The sport of “Cropgasm” was also introduced by Cindy Lou Austin when during an interview with Bailiff Bob Turner, he bet her dinner and “dessert” that he could make convicted drunk driver and suburban MILF, twenty eight year old Wendy Abbot, orgasm while being publicly whipped with a riding crop. Unique mental health conditions related to slavery resulted in specialization in slave psychology with specific licensing requirements. For example, renowned Slave Psychiatrist Dr. Nicola “Nikki” Sheldon at the Samson Clinic voluntarily indentured for six months to meet these strict licensing requirements.

Davis Technologies introduced the Insta STD testing system three years ago. It sold a low cost smart phone attachment utilizing a pin prick on the finger, similar to insulin testing systems, providing for three minute test results on the users smart phone for any STD. The client was charged five dollars per test. The Insta STD testing system revolutionized the slave brothel, sex industry, and criminal atonement along with the sexual interactions in general. Now a citizen had an option, wear a condom or pay for the five dollar Insta STD test fee.

Slave Yoga was developed and even taught to girls in high schools and colleges across the nation. In the state of Texas all women were required to complete a one hundred twenty hour slave yoga physical education class as a high school graduation requirement upon turning eighteen. The class had a minimum of ninety hours of practical exercise and a course final consisting of a passing individualized auction block routine. This requisite could be completed during their senior year or within one year of turning eighteen. High school diplomas were revoked for failure to timely complete this educational requirement. Universities and colleges in order to ensure that their students met this obligation were required to offer this block of instruction in order to maintain their state accreditation.

Although these courses were conducted fully clothed it was common for these students to practice fully nude in their bedrooms with their friends as they masturbated pretending to be slaves performing their block moves at auction. These six to twelve month long boarding schools curriculum included finance, grooming, cooking, physical fitness, the art of conversation, posture and moving with grace in slave ballet, and sexual proficiency in a wide range of areas. Electives ranging from golf, fencing, wine tasting, to pegging and dungeon play was also available. They also offered a one week course for men covering effective discipline and bondage techniques that included blocks of instruction on the proper use of the riding crop, paddle, flogger, whip and bull whip. Bailiff Bob Turner was a frequent guest lecturer during this men’s course offered at the Broadstone covering the many uses for the riding crop.

Some wealthy families enrolled their free daughters in these elite finishing schools making them more eligible for marriage. Enrollment required a minimum voluntary indenture of three years to the student’s mother who was then responsible for selling the indenture to a prospective mate.
The Cotillion and Broadstone included mandatory branding on the buttock, thigh, back or vagina for successful graduates. Displaying the Cotillion or Broadstone brand became a popular status symbol for many. It was not uncommon for a now free and married Broadstone girl to prance around a Dallas country club pool in a thong bikini prominently displaying the Broadstone brand on one buttock and the Big D Slave Market “Sandy Foot Girl” brand on the other extolling her fine purebred filly status.

The mandatory branding requirement drove home to these formerly free women the vital lesson that a new slave girl, even a consort, can best learn from a scalding hot branding iron applied firmly and mercilessly to her naked ass. Many consorts whose college education was put on hold during their initial indenture and subsequent training were expected to finish college obtaining their degrees. While Consorts were still viewed as property a free person could not decide to demand sex or re-direct a Consort to perform a task. To do so was interference with a vested property ownership interest that could have severe civil legal consequences or viewed as theft or attempted theft under criminal statutes. Violators were dealt with harshly.

Good idea, Jeep. I've given this idea a lot of thought, but I'm not sure of the best answer. As you know, Americans are pretty fickle and not much fond of social convention.

So, if we say, "rhinestones signifies classy", then every asshole with a $300 paycheck from working at the mill is gonna say "Whoot! Lookit me, I gots the rhinestone-necked bitchie with me!" and so there goes that.

So I just don't know what the answer is, other than a bespoke silver or gold designer collar. At least in those cases we can say that, "Yeah, cost me a few G's but I want my bitch seen as valuable proppity".

There really isn't much you can do other than slather your woman in diamonds and pearls. Which is no different from real life.

When I wrote this I had not decided on the distinctiveness. It would need to be a federal determinaiton since the consort status would remain in place across state lines. A distincitve symbol that could be included in the collar or on a pendant that hung from the collar that clearly identified the status of the slave. Maybe a "C" in a triangle or diamod would work. I am open to suggestions. I envisoin a consort wearing a choker with the pendant hanging from it. Now silly me, that sounds a lot like a dog collar.

Every consort and concubine would be issued a federal identification card denoting their special status along with ownership information. This status can only be attained by graduating from a properly accredited school such as Broadstone in Dallas or the Cotillion in Houston. The two other schoolsare located in Atlanta and Charlston. There is talk about schools opening in New York City serving the financial hub of our country, LA for Hollywood and SF for clients in silicon valley and Asia.

One of the interesting aspects of the mandatory slave yoga credit was the way it turned a girl's scholarship and desire to succeed against her. Bright as she might be, the school's valedictorian wouldn't get to make her speech unless she achieved a prime grade. So the girl who spent hours studying AP Calculus and Organic Chemistry in the library now spent hours in the mirror, perfecting her block routine.

Kaplan & The Princeton Review naturally began offering Slave Yoga classes in partnership with their SAT reviews. It became a great way for families to bond, as disinterested fathers and brothers never seemed to mind going to a Slave Yoga class to watch their daughter's 18 and 19 year old friends rub themselves under the crack of the whip.

Some local libraries even offered naked library days at finals, where girls could check their clothes at the front desk, slave training and rubbing themselves as they studied for their exams.
