REASON FOR SEARCH: Perp came down to jail to bail out boyfriend, who was arrested for a DUI on New Year’s Eve. Came to jailhouse dressed in LBD, was told to wait on a bench with hookers waiting to be processed.

Miss Graham voluntarily followed the other girls into the search room when ordered to do so. When Officer Rodriguez ordered Miss Graham to strip “with the other hookers”, Miss Graham became unruly. Finally agreed to strip when two male officers (Officer McKay and Officer Tyrone) entered the room and threatened to strip her by force.

PROPERTY: Black purse, $427.38 in cash, 2 platinum credit cards, iPhone Promax 13, gold case. No contraband found. Black dress (short) black high heel shoes, red panties, lace, silk, and no bra.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Because of her unruly and suspicious behavior, Officer Rodriguez ordered the suspect into the stirrups for a fully cavity search. REASON FOR SEARCH: Justice Marsh visited the County Work Farm for Women on unannounced visit to discuss accusations that the female detainees were being sexually abused. She set off the metal detector. She protested that she should not be searched, as she was a Supreme Court Justice. A wand search focused attention on the perpetrator’s crotch. The warden was contacted, and the order was given to proceed with a full body search.

As a group of inmates was returning from a work detail, so Justice Marsh was strip searched with the group. Cause of the metal detector positive was quickly determined to be a tiny metal ring threaded through the ring of the clitoris.

As a Supreme Court Justice, Ashley Marsh is never searched at the courthouse. Justice Marsh explained that she had not anticipated being forced to go through a metal detector as she was on an “official visit.” She also claimed that she had forgotten about the ring, which she always removes before going through TSA. She also claimed that most metal detectors do not detect the ring, and complained that the prison detector was “too sensitive.”

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Justice Marsh was detained along with eleven other inmates. Upon arriving, Warden Donald encountered the 12 women on what he called the “pussy jury” waiting kneeling on a long wooden table, faces down, backsides in the air, legs spread. Warden Donald walked up and down the line several times, but could not identify which one was Justice Marsh, noting “There’s a lot of fine pussy here, but they all look ‘bout the same!”

Justice Marsh begged the Warden not to reveal what he had found to anyone. Warden Donald said he might be able to settle the matter immediately, if Ashley was willing to make an “oral argument” to him and the 4 male guards who were present. The matter was settled, and Justice Marsh cleared the prison of all allegations of mistreatment of female prisoners. Justice Marsh left without further incident.

Video tape and clitoral ring were kept as evidence, in the event the matter arises again.

I loved Judge Marsh, too, although I haven't seen her in quite sometime. I'm glad that she is still remembered, and loved!

It might be interesting for her to make the acquaintance of Judge Rufus Parker at a judicial conference she's speaking at. She takes rather a dim view of slave court, but accepts his invitation to attend a session, "to see how we administer justice to young ladies such as yerself, Texas style!"

Yes, I like the idea of Ashley heaping feminist outrage on Judge Parker as he slowly raises the temperature one degree at a time, suggesting that she shouldn't really judge a system until she got to know it, "from the inside out."

Now I'm really curious what happens at the county work farm, and how long women can be expected to stay there while their cases are under review. It sounds like Miss Graham has no bond set, and might be there a while depending on how long it takes to get a hearing set.
