If you don't think the forum is working as it should, please report it here.

I don't know if there is anything you can do about it, but my Anti-Virus keeps putting up a warning, "Scam Insight: Personal Information Risk". But it seems be saying that because its a new site, with only a few users. Hopefully it will get better but it keeps popping up when I navigate the site

Is there a link anywhere on the warning like "report a problem"? if users of the anti-virus report this as a false positive hopefully the status will change.

I'm getting that warning frequently during a session. I reported it as a false alarm, told them I was the site owner and invited them to email me if they wanted further detail. No reply, but since this is a new site with low traffic they most likely wouldn't bother with any kind of manual review.

Still, the more people report it as safe, the more chance of them accepting it.

Not really a problem, but can cover photo be changed something more appropriate for the group? Good looking office building but....

For myself, I am no longer getting the warnings, so either because I'm going to the site everyday, or that the Anti-Virus decided its now safe.

I'm still getting it. Fuck Norten.

I also find that I can't logon here if I use a VPN - anyone have an idea why?

Seems there's an extension that lets you do it easily - as long as you know how to install the extension.

If I'm right, installing that means anyone can change the pic with a few clicks.

Yes Steve, this phpBB extension looks promising. What does Jaws say?

Hi, I've been quite busy the last couple of days but let's see.

To change this image we need a suitable replacement of the same dimensions. The image can be located here, the dimensions are 1170x240px. I think ideally a replacement should not be overly explicit, given it will be the first thing anyone sees visiting. Don't really need the extension unless it's going to be changed frequently, all that needs doing is replacing the dashboard.jpg file on the server.

What error are you getting? Try on a fresh private window.

As for the title image, I will upload 1 or 2 proposals here, soon...

So, I have made a first draft (I started with a banner competition image from SS4/6).
I am not an artist, so pls be lenient :-)
(The nipple could of course be covered subsequently, but I don't think it looks obscene.)

See attachment, image dimension is 1170 x 240 pixels:

Second try, faded to grey:

I wasn't getting an error message, it just failed to login and refreshed the page. Using a private window seems to have worked, thanks.

So, let's set it up as banner image for this site?

I tried to upload a picture for my avatar, but it said it was too big. It was like 25 kbs.

Open it in Paint and then reduce the size until it gets small enough.

I made the avatar requirements much more generous but it still needs to be 150x150 pixels or less

Restarting the browser after enabling vpn might work on non private windows, otherwise manually logging out of the session before using vpn, clearing cookies from this site (there is a button on the bottom right of the page) or waiting 1 hour would work

I created a personal album, then it said I don't have permission to create personal album.

I believe we admin users must first enable the image gallery features, but I don't know how

Re: Problem reporting

Try again. There are 2 gallery functions, you can create a personal album with subalbums in the ucp, which can probably be viewed in the gallery button at the top right of the page. Non-personal albums (in addition to categories and image contests) and subalbums to those albums can also be created in the admin control panel under extensions -> phpbb gallery. I have created a test album to illustrate but permissions also need to be set.

So 2 ways to do it. I can't see a way for people to create non-personal albums in the normal interface, it might have to be done through the ACP.
